Most in the UK and Ireland will be aware of the ginger terror that is Frankie. Others might not. Theyre missing out.

I think anyone who writes an autobiography entitled "My Shit Life So Far" is worth some attention. Tesco used to put the price sticker over the the 'i' in shit. It's rare to see people smirking in Tesco.

Anyways, he seems to have given up touring, I think his last tour was called 'I Would Happily Punch Every One of You In the Face'. This stuff is not for the easily offended. Or even the not so easy to offend.

And neither is this - http://www.theguardian.com/commentisfree/2015/jun/30/west-racist-wars-bombs-radicalisation-frankie-boyle

Seems he writes occasional columns for The Guardian now. They're rather good. Thought I'd share.

Used to love this fella. Not so much now. Felt like he was trying too hard to offend people just for the sake of it. I'm not easily offended, actually very tough for me to feel offended but I felt he lost his great, dry humour somewhere along the line and became boring to me. Still laugh at some of his older stuff though.

His book "Work! Consume! Die" was the weirdest thing I have ever read. And not in a good way, sadly.

He's overrated IMO.  People were creaming over this dude when he was on MTW, and that's fair enough because the show went down the shitter after he left.

Sometimes shock, after shock, after shock, can be lame as fuck.

Meh, I prefer Ricky Gervais, or Louis CK

Ricky Gervais is my all time favourite. His first three stand-up dvds are classics!

Yeah, pretty much.  I've listened to all the XFM podcasts multiple times as well, and the guide to podcasts.

I loved Frankie at first too but then he just went too nuts and he tried to become more and more obnoxious to keep up his own hype...resulting in his own demise.

Ricky Gervais is a genius.  His stand-ups are funny but his sitcoms are awesome.  Derek is one of the best I've seen, touching and hilarious in one sitting.

Not a huge fan of Derek. Admittedly, I have only watched the first episode. I'll try give it another go. The Office is probably my favourite TV comedy ever. Between that and Partridge. God, what I'd do for an evening out with Brent and Alan. Also very fond of Extras, and feel it's an extremely underrated show. Some very, very funny moments and a touching story.

I agree with this completely.

Upon saying that though, I'd still watch him if he was on.. and probably still laugh, or groan, depending how unPC he got.

I have to agree here, I think he maybe just got bored of the whole thing. My moneys on Kevin Bridges, I'm going to see him this year.

I've only watched the first season of Derek, it was alright.

The Office will always be the best though.
