Hi all,

Winter is coming and things at work are starting to slow down and it looks like I will be having a lot of free time available (yipee  :() and was wanting to know if anyone is interested in partnering up to write a feature?

I already have a couple of ideas in Horror and sci-fi genres but am open to other ones.

Only purple members or above please, no offense but I'd rather partner up with someone who has been around for a while.

PM or reply

You know nothing, Jon Snow, cause...

Actually Summer is on its way, yay!

It really depends, doesn't it, and I couldn't resist.

All the best anyway with getting lots of Purple and up responses. :)

I knew someone will drop a Game Of Thrones line :)

Thanks LC

The best way to handle this... pick a writer that you like, that you believe you can work with, then pitch them your idea(s) and see if they want in.

Don't just work with anyone that comes along (purple or otherwise). Writers also have their various skill-sets, so you may want to consider making a team of three or even more.

Good luck with your projects.

I'm purple. Does that mean anything? Never really noticed them colours.

Anyway, I've been playing with a few ideas for a feature. If interested at all, and my colour fits, give me a shout.

Hey Lightfood,

too bad we seem to have just missed each other by a couple of weeks. I've been looking for someone to team up with as well recently, but as nobody replied, I decided to go for it myself now.

Good luck with your search, anyways :)

Did you ever find anyone for this?

What the hell is a "purple member"?

Sounds a bit wrong.

I got a purple member once as a kid - got it stuck in a pipe.

I'm guessing it either refers to the # of posts or how long someone has been a member - or, just fans of Prince. An odd request anyway IMO. Why artificially narrow the field?? Oh well.

A BIT wrong?  Rarely have I heard such an understatement.  :)  But very tactfully stated, nonetheless.  :P

I think if you genuinely have a purple member then you are in urgent need of medical attention...

Dave - likely story... is this you ;-)
