TV Pilots like this should be broken down into sections - A Teaser - and 3 Act breaks. Teaser and Act Breaks should be underlined and centered, and should be marked END TEASER and END ACT 1 etc with a page break after acts.

Also - you shouldn't have action lines that are more than 4 lines long. Break up your action or you'll be tiring the reader!

Also - you should go easy on the dual dialogue too!
