Think what you want about him, the man was the ultimate showman. His shows were... unbelievable,

I, for one, am gutted. Today I'll be playing Prince and absolutely nothing else.

Sorry, OWC will be way down my list.

Now, I'm off. This may take some time. Don't write or call. I won't be answering anyone anytime soon.

RIP PRN xo

The movie Purple Rain was the first film I saw with my 2nd and still current (thank God) wife.   Such a talent. Such a shame.

R.I.P Prince...

I think we're talking about a more alternative Prince.  ;) More like O(+> sort of.

The artist formerly known as The Artist Formerly Known As Prince was a legend. I couldn't believe it when I saw it. Even MTV played all his videos, and now they're playing Purple Rain. I have it paused on "When Doves Cry."

Huge, huge loss. :(

There's been sessions when Prince wrote something -  those present considered it a masterpiece - only to painfully witness him erase it from existence.

Now let's go crazy!!

Someone compared him to Michael Jackson. IMO, MJ was more famous for his social life. Prince, to me was a massive talent and an amazingly creative person. A genius even. I'm honestly very sad to hear of his passing.  :'(

Me sad, too.  Weird fucker, but a true talent that will be missed.

R.I.P. Not a fan, but many friends are. Definitely a huge loss. Comparable to Bowie. 2016 has been a bummer indeed.

Saw the news yesterday. Sad. Never liked his music, really. Never understood his hype. May he rest in peace.

One of my mates died a couple of weeks ago. He was 52. Went peacefully in his sleep, apparently. Better than screaming in agony, I suppose. Shame for the person that has to find the body though. Enough to ruin anyone's day.
