I have been e-mailing producers like crazy the last couple of weeks and most of them won't have a bar of it unless I go through an agent.

Does anyone on here have an agent?

How do they charge?

Should I get one?

If you want to have a career writing for larger stuff, you should get an agent, yes.

They will take 10% of everything you make writing.

They will give you mostly good advice and are probably your only protection when signing higher-end contracts, unless you know or are a lawyer.

And nobody looks at your shit without one, haha.
