Not a bad job. One false note for sure when one cop is asking another cop do you want a warrant. They probably already have one if they are searching his apartment. Better to say put out an APB

Some notes.

I like the idea that he has some insight to tomorrow via the beautiful announcer.  I think you might consider not making him a criminal.  If she can feed him financial info, he can make enough money to woo her.  Or he can become a hero by saving the day on a disaster.  Either way, he comes off as more likeable.  In cay case, nice job.
