Really need to tighten up the log line

I've read the log line several times now and I still have no idea what this is about. Needs some work, that's for sure.

If I could have adjusted my Log Line, I would have changed it to:

A drama focused on five Language of Destination Flight Attendants struggling to keep their jobs after facing personal and professional challenges.

I don't know if that is better or worse, but it's more overall what the show would be about. I appreciate all of the feedback and if anyone has any feedback regarding the script, you are welcome to message me.
