Sorry Michael but your logline is very vague and bland.  You don't indicate a protagonist or the situation in which they are immersed.  Hate to come out of the corner swinging but loglines are important and an inkling for what is to be expected.

The writing is actually pretty good.  Reads easy enough.  Hopefully you'll chime in.
