He may ask you for a 'demo' of your voice (even if you are an experience Voice Actor) just to prove that you can record you voice to a file and email it to him.
No experience necessary, however you will need the ability to record your voice to a computer in a quiet place. I don't ahve a sound studio, so when I did my recording, I did so under a duvet to muffle outside sounds.
He is looking for clear, articulate and diverse voices - I'm looking at you Pia and Khamanna...
