The log line does not go on the title page, if this is a first draft? You need to start trimming the fat from the dialouge. Very long. A simple exercise might be to cut the first and last lines of dialogue. Less is more, keep it to two to three lines max. The physical apperance of a character, generally is not needed. I just stick with age, then move on from there. I like to break up the scene with action and dialogue have a character doing something. E.G: John lights a cigarette, inhaling deeply. Then the dialogue continues. Start a scene as late as possible, and end it as quickly as possible. Each scene should propell the story forward.
