hai scritto una scneggiatura molto interessante. Purtroppo pero', essendo in italiano, nessuno potra' leggerla. Inoltre, per avere una critica costruttiva, dovresti scrivere un cortometraggio (8-10 pagine) seguendo lo stile americano (scene non numerate, pagine numerate e descrizioni dei personaggi (invece di studentessa #1, Gioia (19), occhi blu ecc.). Non so da dove scrivi, nomini La Sapienza, sei a Roma? Io sono di Roma ma vivo nel NJ. Mi diverto a scrivere cortometraggi in inglese, solo per hobby.
Fammi sapere se hai quanche domanda da farmi.

Unfortunately, I do not understand Italian (except Spaghetti and Bella). Perhaps it would be helpful to post a short synopsis of the script in English, or translate the screenplay with a translation program (google translate is on), and re-post?
I write my screenplays in German (my native language), and my English is not good enough to translate it by myself.

in my opinion, using Google for a translation of a script is a little problematic. As you well know, when you write in German, you use "real life" German...Google will give you only a computerized translation which will be inadequate for a script. I'm Italian and I've noticed a big difference in my scripts between Italian and English....in Italian, the scripts are real, in English not so. My suggestion? All of us who speak English as a second language should use our native language when writing scripts. I hope that Simply Scripts could expand internationally.

I agree that Google Translate or other software to translate is not perfect. On the other hand, how would you get an impression of a screenplay if you do not understand a word? In this case, Google would be better than nothing!
On the other hand, the USA is a melting pot of many different cultures. You will find Italians, Latin Americans, Russians, and a few Germans will also be there.
And some screen authors can understand Italian, Spanish, Russian or German. Perhaps they could translate the books, or at least write a summary.
I would like to see SimplyScripts become more international, with areas for each language. But there is still a long, very long way to go.

You idea make sense...better a Google translation than no translation. However, a script in another language translated by Google will go nowhere either on Simply Scripts or with American producers. The best solution would be for Simply Scripts to expand to international submissions. But, as you said, this move is far, far away.

Well, anyone from anywhere is allowed to submit scripts here, but it would be a good idea to have a listing of languages for scripts Like...

Spanish
German
Italian
Swedish
...and whatever else people might have. There are people here from all over the planet that might have scripts in their native languages.  Sorting them by language might help foreign filmmakers find them better.

I think that would be a good idea. So international film makers can immediately see where they can find movei scripts. If there was an "International section" at SimplyScripts, I would immediately make an advertisement in my German screenplay forum (http://drehbuchautorenforum.xobor.de/)
