I only read two pages before I did not go any further. The title of the script only appears on the title page. The slug lines are wrong. An example of a good slug line is.
EXT. HOUSE - DAY followed by a brief discription, followed by a brief line or two of action. Then straight into the dialogue.
Read a lot of Scripts, both produced and un-produced, to get a feel for how a script should look. There is a lot to read.  Less is more . Also a lot of books on the subject of Screenwriting. Also are you using Screenwriting Software? A few examples are Final Draft, Celtex etc.
it is written like a shooting script, drop the camera directions, and transitions. One or two are fine. But I hardly use them in a spec Script.
Character intro for the first time they appear is in ALL CAPS e.g JOHN SMITH  then in 12pt every time after that.
that will do for now.
But keep at it, get rid of all that ink on the page. Keep it minimal, keep it simple, keep it flowing.

1. See post above.

2. You got to at least try to get it right.  It's as if you were just guessing.

That's how I wrote my 1st 4 screenplays - by hand and on A4 paper. I used to think it was as simple as location/action/dialogue.

I wasn't that out in the woods. My stuff was rough/raggedy but the time I first started writing, there were tons of writing software programs and the internet was filled with samples and advice and scripts. I think today's newbies have a lot more at their disposal.
