#12: Dennis Farina
A quality actor with the real life experience to back it up, Farina has more than enough skill to expertly play a cop or a criminal.
Recommended Role: Jimmy Serrano - Midnight Run

So we are counting character actors who are no longer with us?
I always would be interested in a film or TV show if Farina was in it. Been a fan of the late actor since 80s Crime Story.

Yes. Them being dead doesn't diminish their quality of work. Unfortunately, about twenty of the actors on this list are dead.

John Turturro, hands down. I like Farina, too, but Turturro is excellent.

Even with the Transformers going against him, Turturro gets my vote. Dennis Farina was a great character actor, though!
