Woke up to this email. Anyone seen or heard of this?

Is this a writer’s pyramid scheme? haha

Yup. I got it. Sounds like it’s from a writer trying to get you to promote his work for commissions or something. I tossed it.

I checked out the websites for a laugh. Holy crap if you can’t smell a scam a mile away you probably deserve to be ripped off.

Does anyone even fall for this shit? He has put a fair bit of work into both the sites, at least he’s highly dedicated to ripping people off.

As if they're capable of writing a screenplay that sells. I know they're not because they're resorting to spamming. Anyone worth their salt would never advertise like this.

Michelle Jennifer Barrett obviously drank this guy's kool-aid. This it the guy she was leading everyone to a month or so ago. Now we know her angle in all this.

I think he's kinda missed the point too by contacting any of us.

Because, as writers ourselves we'd happily do that writing for 100% of the fee... can't imagine any of us turning down the opportunity of paid work!
