Instead of EXT. COSMIC SHORES OF THE UNIVERSE - NO DISCERNIBLE TIME
FRAME - 3RD, I think EXT. COSMIC SHORES would suffice. There's too much stuff in capitals, it's distracting. Besides character's first mentions, I think you should only caps stuff only if it is really really relevant.
