First, congrats on Screamfest. The log line is clean. I'm interested weirdly enough in the descriptive use of "estate appraisers" because I like horrors that delve a little deeper into a profession than a casual reader's understanding said profession. With three opponents/obstacles there's a lot of opporutnity for plot and action.
