Hello Steven,

This was an enjoyable read. Most times voice-overs in scripts drive me nuts but this one works. It actually tells the story. The opening scenes in the hotel were the best. I enjoy picturing an actor on his own doing all of it. When you added more characters that didn't bog it down either, as could have been the case. It's sad to think of domestic situations ending like this, but that is the case a lot of times and so it is realistic, but also you avoided making it a gore fest. Hats off to making it intriguing and character driven instead.

I've read the original by EA Poe. From memory I think it was set in one interior location - yes, and under the floorboards. A very claustrophobic nightmare.

You took the central 'conscience will get you' story out into the open.
It's very nicely done. I was particularly impressed with the pace and suspense you set for your adaptation. And a lovely little denouement.
