I don't have much to add, other than to say I thought it was a fun little idea which I could definitely see being a segment in a sketch show.

The impossibility of communication between the characters, and the mention of Africa at the end, reminded me of that saying:

"If a lion could speak English we wouldn't understand a word it said."

That seems to be what's going on here. Made me think the title should be Two Lions in a Car.
