Anybody watching this?

It's pretty bizarre. Very gutsy.

Jason Segel is awesome. (I'd love to cast him as Stanley in my BAD FISH pilot.)

I bounce between "This is amazing." and "What the hell?", but I have mad respect for the creative courage shown in creating the project.

Finally finished this last week. Loved it. One of my all time faves. Which was very unexpected.

The final two episodes felt like they were tacked on (in a good way)... like the first 8 episodes were based on the original material, and the final 2 episodes were Jason Segel's take on the whole thing, his way of personalizing the story. Very cool.

The last episode, especially, is very interesting for screenwriters.

There's a shot of him sitting in a little tent, waiting for feedback... captured the entire screenwriting experience in one single shot. Guarantee you'll know exactly what I mean when you see it.

I want to write something like this. Something that really makes someone think. Also REALLY makes me want to work with Jason Segel.

There were multiple lines that made me bust a gut. That's rare for me. "He coagulated on the way over here." Classic. The vampire puppet musical line was hilarious, and likely based in truth, which makes it even better.
