Rightio, a clue! Waiting for the SS comedians (you know who you are) and conspiracy theorists to decipher this one for me.

In all fairness, I tried already. Tried seeing what was coming 172 days in the future and what happened at noon, 172 days in the past. The closest I could get is "National UnFriend Day". Lol.

I'm leaving it up to people with a much greater imagination than I have to figure this one out.

Well, I thank you for your effort, Sean. I'm just passing the buck here.

National UnFriend Day?  ;D

Realised this before but didn't think to say,... that timer is going up, not counting down. Oh, and yes, Blondie spelled it out before me.

Maybe something to do with time-travel or just set in the future?

Well, the catch is, when it starts, the time should be at 180 days. 180 reminds me of Final Destination. I don't think that's it, but I have nothing else. Still, I suck at these kinds of puzzles. Lol.

Maybe I will try to get back in the saddle again.  It's been too long.

I think it's straight forward: this is a world where time counts up.

I'm going to write a story about a guy who wants to eat a hot dog. He puts negative 30 seconds on the microwave timer. Hits start. Then realizes: he already ate the hot dog. 30 seconds ago. (I know... mind blown, right?) But, when the timer goes off... he still has a warm hot dog.

It'll be written to make you wonder: Is he eating a second hot dog... or, is this the first?

It's a real mind bender.

Probably needs a little work. But, I've got time.

Or, do I?

Hopefully, it stops at 180 and it means degrees - as in we all turn back 180 degrees before this virus ever started

Thanks Libby!  I'll be honest -- it's been hell since my wife passed away.  And in the three months since then, I've had to deal with her birthday, anniversary, and now Mother's Day.  And this damn virus hasn't helped, keeping me confined for the most part.  So I'm ready to move forward and get some writing done again.  Just need the release.  Paul has been good about getting me re-motivated and I greatly appreciate his help and support.

Hopefully this OWC falls into my wheelhouse, but I'll write something, even if its dreck.  Dreck is better than nothing at this point!

I truly feel for you, mate.
One day at a time, eh, even though it can sound a bit glib. Take all the love and support you can get and just keep plugging on.
I hope this challenge inspires you.  :)
