A three round in the tournament?

Three BIG rounds!

I seriously don’t have time for a multi-round Writer’s Tournament. Which of course means I’m in and will have no sleep in the foreseeable future.

Bumping for excitement factor...
Anything else to tell us yet, Sean?

Whatever it is, I'm going to try my damnedest to be in. It's likely to be nothing more than an exercise in blowing out the cobwebs but I really need to start writing again. I haven't really knuckled down since the last WT.

Nope. I wouldn't hide a clue in here. They're all on the front page and I have no others that would fit, without intentionally throwing anyone off.

Ok, interesting
I knew I was away a while but I’ve not come across these tournaments before
Seems cool
But, damn ...is that 48 hours to write them. Man, some readers will be in for a load of bollocks from me with that limit.
Hell, could be worth a stab.
Let’s see what the twisted mod comes up with :D :D :D

Oh Jeez. I may already have a script in the works that is composed of these "guessed clues."

For the record, there have been a couple successful guesses thus far, dealing with certain aspects of the Tournament. I think, deep down, you guys are going to like this. =)

Deep Down, eh? Oh, oh… we’ve heard that before, something about the American Dream, but… not all is what it seems.
Folks, I'd like to sing a song about the American Dream. About me. About you. The way our American hearts beat down in the bottom of our chests. About the special feeling we get in the cockles of our hearts, Maybe below the cockles, maybe in the sub-cockle area. Maybe in the liver. Maybe in the kidneys. Maybe even in the colon, We don't know.
~ Denis Leary ~
Curious, his drummer has a big ‘X’ on the bass drum. Another coincidence…? I think not.
It’s ALL about Denis Leary this time around, and the incessant need to load our scripts with huge full page dialog rants, like this Denis Leary rant from the Demolition Man:
“You got that right. You see, according to Cocteau's plan... I'm the enemy. Because I like to think, I like to read. I'm into freedom of speech, the freedom of choice. I'm the kind of guy who likes to sit in a greasy spoon and wonder - "Gee, should I have the T-bone steak or the jumbo rack of BBQ ribs with the side order of gravy fries?" I want high cholesterol. I wanna eat bacon and butter and BUCKETS of cheese, okay? I wanna smoke a Cuban cigar the size of Cincinnati in the non-smoking section. I wanna run through the streets naked with green Jell-O all over my body reading Playboy magazine. Why? Because I suddenly might feel the need to, okay, pal? I've SEEN the future. Do you know what it is? It's a 47-year-old virgin sitting around in his beige pajamas, drinking a banana-broccoli shake, singing "I'm an Oscar Mayer Wiener." You live up top, you live Cocteau's way: what he wants, when he wants, how he wants. Your other choice: come down here... and maybe starve to death.”
It's about green Jell-O, which is eerily similar to Soylent Green. A movie about a dystopian future of dying oceans and year-round humidity due to the greenhouse effect, resulting in suffering from pollution, poverty, overpopulation, euthanasia and depleted resources.
It’s also a Buddy/Buddy movie? I’m probably still way off…

Don't disregard Clue #6 so quickly. That may be the second-most important clue I gave. Or, third. Or, a red herring. But, still... =)
So looks like the X was a ten.
Could also be any of dozens of Mac operating systems, though that would conflict with the no C.G. clue.
Edit: or maybe the important bit is “previously published as ‘And Then There Were None’”
Edit II: The first and second images also convey “black and white” which combined with no C.G. might indicate old-school filming. Or I’m way off-base :)

Oh. I got it. We will be put in threes. One would start, and next round the other will continue the started work. This is really twisted even for you, Sean
