It was kinda fun reading. Some nice dialogs to savor a laugh. Although there are a lack of punctuation throughout the script(no periods to end the sentences), a couple of typos, and some odd choices for a scene heading.  


INT. DEREK'S APARTMENT - LIVING ROOM- COUCH : It has to be a time(DAY OR NIGHT). The couch is a prop.  


INT. LIVING ROOM- CORNER- NIGHT: Strange to see CORNER mentioned within a scene heading. Maybe this happens. You can mention it within the action.


Overall, a nice fun read.
