The historical Jesus was already fairly buff, which begs the question: just how buff is buff Jesus? Is this implication being that he returns to earth and starts working out, or that he was extremely buff and we just didn't know? Lots of questions that I hope your script answers.

Most film depictions of Jesus he is lean. He works out in Heaven before returning to our plane.

I'm, admittedly an atheist, but still have a hard time grasping why the earth's salvation is dependent on the physical fitness of Jesus rather than - you know - the omnipotent God and Savior thing.

In all seriousness, your logline lacks specificity. What is the change he is fighting for? Who and why is the most evil? Who is your protagonist - is it Buff Jesus? What incites his return to Earth all of a sudden (after 2000~ years of remaining dead?)

If I had a dollar for every pseudo-Jesus/ Satan script I have heard of...
