I'll come back and add my goals later. I'm busy right now, but feel free to tell us about your goals for this new year.  :)

In all seriousness, my goals haven’t changed much. I still want to sell two features. Came so close to selling one last year I could taste it. But I also would like to add in - find more time to write. Can’t sell anything if I don’t find the time.

To survive is my main goal. But creatively:

1 - Look into self-publishing my Cyborn novel and see how that goes.
2 - Continue to enter the feature-length screenplay, 'True Colours' which I wrote during lockdown into competitions and see how it fares.
3 - Finish writing my new TV pilot screenplay 'Crossover' and enter that into comps, send it around to a few producers.
4 - Never give up, never surrender.

Yes! Mine too! Daughter and daughter-in-law both are now. My husband will hopefully be soon. Within a couple of weeks even.

Other goals than that would be to finish Desert Tears and see it produced. I also need to start checking off some of my bucket list items before I get too old. Still got a lot of corners on this planet I haven't been to yet.  :)

Other than that? After 2020, everything will seem like a bonus.

My goals for 2021

1. Finish 4 features (specs)
2. Film/produce 3 shorts
3. Pitch 10 Lifetime thrillers and pitch 10 holiday Christmas movies

I set way too high goals for myself last year. So trying to just get something done this year. I also need to get my health in check before I croak without finishing anything! :)

I deleted most of my internet accounts a couple of years ago. I have an Instagram account, but only so I can see pics of my grandkids. I have no posts or anything. Twitter is something I never understood the purpose of. I only have FB left, but I only have writer and filmmaker friends there, so not very many "friends". Most of them seem to have left anyway or are at least not saying anything anymore. Maybe they went somewhere else? If so, I'm not following because I won't sign up for anything anymore. Paranoid? Maybe. I read somewhere that it's a trait of Scorpios. ;D

YES then 4 short films!!! I can't wait to watch Call on Me on the big screen next month!!

And I'm back.. I need a good hang out. I'm sort of a recluse and this place is like family :)

I need to keep mine simple.  Last year was an ungodly terrible year, so I just have one goal.

Write.

Doesn't matter whether it's a feature, or a short script or a podcast or a just a response on one of these forums.

Gotta write.  If something comes of it, then so much the better.
