I really enjoyed reading this one!  Nothing like incriminating evidence to make the defense attorney realize that he has no case.  The prosecution had all their I's and T's dotted and were going to get what the client demands.  Not only justice, but to hurt them in the pocket as well.

Though this never went to trial, and possibly it was for the best that it didn't go to trial, no judge would want it with all the one sided evidence that was obtained.  In the end, all played out like it should have.

Very well written!  I wanted more, but was pleased with the outcome and ending.  Justice will be served.
