'Kingdpm Come' took place in the near future after a new generation of superheroes got out of hand. Superman gave them a choice: either join his superhero team and take orders from him, or go to jail. Batman was against this idea and recruited his own team to stop him.
Some cool news (for those of you who enjoyed the latest Superman film), it seems Bryan Singer told MTV that he would consider directing a Batman vs. Superman movie, but only after the Man of Steel establishes his identity more thoroughly.
"I've thought about it for a long time, even a longer time ago, actually," the director revealed. "But I don't know who would be the villain. I guess Batman would be the villain, but then he can't be too bad, because he is Batman. So not quite yet. ... I think Superman needs to have his own movies for a little while before that happens." Either way, Singer insisted that "everybody's excited to do more ... and I'm sure we'll do another one."

Though earth and man are gone, I thought the cube would last forever. I WAS WRONG.
Ok, Is this intended to be animated? If not, this will never happen. It's just a bunch of bullshit. the whole concept is stupid, It's like making a movie about Spiderman vs. the hulk, never going to happen. Superman would crush Batman without even breaking a sweat. If any movie studio takes on this project and makes it a live action, I'll lose all hope in the film industry.
What difference does it make if the film is animated or live-action? The story and action will still be the same anyway. And the outcome of a fight isn't just determined by physicality or pound-for-pound, it's about planning and tact. In this respect Batman would win. He is cunning and ruthless and he never backs down once he sets off, no matter who he is up against. The mere fact that Superman thinks he is invincible makes him vulnerable, because he will therefore underestimate Batman. Read the BVS script on this site and you'll understand.
This would be the dumbest f***ing movie ever. If they had to do a versus of superheros, I'd much rather see Batman vs. Spiderman.
"Picture Porky Pig raping Elmer Fudd" - George Carlin "I have to sign before you shoot me?" - Navin Johnson "It'll take time to restore chaos" - George W. Bush "Harry, I love you!" - Ben Affleck "What are you looking at, sugar t*ts?" - The man without a face "Whoever does any work on the Sabbath day must be put to death." - Exodus 31:15 "No one ever expects The Spanish Inquisition!" - The Spanish Inquisition "Matt Damon" - Matt Damon

How can you say the phrases 'dumbest fucking movie' and 'Batman vs. Spiderman' in the same post? I'm dumbfounded.
For starters, it's more than just the epic fight that will happen but the build up before it. Batman and Superman have two completely different approaches to battling crime. Their personalities would clash both in and out of costume. Batman would just write Spidey off as an idiot and would mop the floor with him.
And no one suggest Batman vs Wolverine! That would be a bad story, too.
I'm not saying that the story would be bad or anything. It just doesn't seem likely that they would make this movie. But, that's my opinion. If this movie does get made, it will be interesting, but I'm not expecting much.

Right, and Superman wouldn't "mop the floor" with Batman in two seconds. I see your point.

Dogglebe is right, Batman would tear the living snot out of Superman.
Superman is too "good." Batman is more dark and is not as compassionate as Superman. This means he will use whatever means necessary to defeat his foes.
I would have to read that one Phil. I just can't picture Batman beating Superman... especially after watching Batman Begins (great movie) and Superman Returns (great movie). Does Batman actually have any super powers? I'm actually not sure if he's just James Bond wearing a bat suit without the more modern gadgets.
I still think Batman is the coolest between the two. I mean, c'mon, the Superman suit is pretty pathetic. But Superman has... well, superpowers and can only die from... whatever that substance is that can kill him.
If you don't mind me asking Phil, how does Batman beat Superman?
He does it with an artificial powered exoskeleton, the Batmobile, synthetic kryptonite and a mysterious pill... and yeah, people should read anything from Frank Miller's Dark Knight Universe.

Frank Miller? The same guy who did Sin City? Awesome, I'll definitely have to check his other stuff out.
