I'm happy with one James Bond movie every few years, this just seems like a sad attempt to milk a decent franchise for all its worth.

Hm. A young James Bond. Nevermind that Bond wasn't fingered for the Special Services until after his service in World War II. He wasn't given his 00 designation until after he started in Her Majesty's Secret Service. There's no point in creating a young James Bond; all it does is profane the franchise with something that is better suited to an original storyline. The only reason to plug a Bond name on it is in a vain attempt to sell tickets to those who don't know any better. As a teenagers, there is no 007 and no secret agent at that age. He's just a kid who stumbles into something and manages to work out a solution...and his name just happens to be James Bond.
