If you liked Shaun of the Dead or Cockneys then your love this movie. Some great graphic scenes in the trailer and Alan Ford who played “Brick Top” in Snatch looks like he’s having a hoot.
I don't know about that Steve. Maybe I'm biased because I absolutely despise vampire and zombie movies and stories anymore, (serious and funny ones), but this looks like the same old same old with ABSOLUTELY nothing new to offer. (And I am speaking as a 'Shaun of the Dead' fan.)
But also, they told the whole story in two and a half minutes. (We even know the old guy in the old folks home survives because he shoots zombies later.) The movie 'Cast Away' did the same thing, told the whole story in the trailer and even that he survived.
The only thing we didn't see in the trailer is the one hour of boring set up in between all the zombie killing. (Anyone care to make a bet that the white girl hooks up with the black guy?)
All right, I let out my anti-zombie rant for the day. See you guys on the 'World War Z' thread in a couple months.

Weeee've a little bit o' bloomin' luck this will be fackin' awesome...
Yeah. Don't need to see it. Can just tell the trailer has the strongest stuff in it.
I'll probably watch it anyway. I'm weird like that.
Noticed wrinkly Pussy Galore in the trailer. She's aged really well.
Can't wait for a serious zombie film to come out again. The REC franchise was doing good but apparently the new film has veered from serious to wacky as well. Shame.
These are the kind of films I watch and think...I could have wrote that! Interestingly Jack O'Connell is in it, he would be my choice of actor for my 'Pub Lunch' script, maybe I should stalk him until he reads my script lol.
I reckon this is going to do well, whether good or not. I'll probably end up seeing it too, as I have recently purchased monthly cinema passes, so it feels like I go for free.
Check out my scripts...if you want to, no pressure.
