Hello all,

I have an idea and the beginning of a new film I want to direct and shoot, but the problem is, while I can get a general concept down, I always have a hard time with dialog and keeping the story going properly.

I am looking for a co-writer that wants to pursue the creation of this script. Like I said, I have a general idea figured out for the most part, but I am lacking all the specifics and good dialog. Plus, I have always found that I work better when I have someone else to work with and/or bounce ideas off of. It's almost as if I feed off of someone else's creative aspects in order to help my own branch out.

Overall idea:

A team of 4 pro gamers (the first person shooter style) is invited to a competition using new nanite technology that puts the person in a subconscious simulation of the game against other teams invited. What they don't know is that even though it's all subconscious, it is a game of life and death.

I have the first few scenes written up in draft form for anyone that wants to get a general idea of the direction im thinking, but i'm always up for changes in order to improve the overall story/film.

@Gerasimos  Yeah, I guess you can say it is kind of a cross like that.
While I did like the overall concept of the movie Gamer, I felt that the movie itself fell short of its true potential. It's almost as if they ended the gaming aspect of the movie too soon and let the main character go on a revenge spree to soon.
The Matrix, yeah, i don't really have anything to say about that franchise at all.
