Just a couple of quick comments, Rebecca:

Logline:

You don't need to say a single man - since he is engaged.

You may want to go backward - i.e., After years of searching, a man finally meets the love of his life - unfortunately, that is not the woman he's about to marry.

195 pages - I'm afraid that kind of shoots you in the foot before you begin. It is nearly impossible to get anyone to read a spec script of more than 120 pages. You have to find a way to whittle this down

I agree with Eldave1 this is way too long and i did try to read it. Got as far as about p.138 and gave up. It was a slog: nothing seemed to happen; not enough conflict or action between characters to try to keep reading. The ticking clock used throughout script kept reminding me that my time reading was ticking away. Skipped to last pages and was disappointed with what was the ending: no explanation as to why he never saw her again-just didn't get it.

Here's some typo/spelling errors i did find:
p. 27 "t0" you have a zero instead of an "o" for 'to'
p.38. "buy" should be 'by'
p.52 "coast" i think you meant 'coat'
p.53 what's with yellow background on words?
p.61 not sure about the use of dots maybe you want to just use (beat) or (pause) as direction
p.67 different spellings of name "Cheeverses" or Chivers?
p.89 see "you" should be 'your'
p.97 unfinished thought: "want the" what? out
p.123 name mis-spell "Sillterton" or what spelling did you want Sillerton?
p.131 "Bas" should be 'Bad"
p.133 Singular "touch" should be 'touches'

Again agree with Eldave1: you need to cut pages and pages from this script.
