It's a short student film done by the guys who did "Napoleon Dynamite" - it's pretty good, the early version of Napoleon called Seth in this is pretty much the same. Another kid besides Pedro - called Gil or Ygal, I don't really know, appears in the film and makes the film a bit morew interesting. They should of kept him for "Napoleon Dynamite.  Either way the shorts worth checking out.

yeah, its on the napoleon dynamite dvd.  its pretty much just a smaller black and white version of the movie.
