Well I just saw this, and I figured since it had gotten a fair amount of replies in the "Rumor" thread, I thought I'd comment on it a little.

I can honestly say that I thought this was just fantastic.  It did a really great job of bringing the entire Rocky story full circle, and used a lot of previous elements to take the story back to its roots which, in my opinion, is where it belongs.

I don't have too much more to say on it really other than I really enjoyed it (I'll leave the longer reviews to the people better suited), and if you're a fan of the first two films I think you will too since it has more of that feel too it.

Overall = Great way to end it all.  Two thumbs WAY up.

Yeah i agree when i watched it, it reminded me of the first two movies, which are my favorite...like my teacher said after the first two they just became music videos.
But this was good. It had a message, it was funny when it was suppose to be funny and sad when suppose to be sad. I didn't really miss adrien, i thought i would because to me she always balanced rocky out, but the supporting cast did a good enough job doing that. It's a B+ movie but since i love Rocky movies it gets an A-.

Absolutely loved this movie - I think I was the only one who did the "Rocky" arms up in the air fighter pose a few times, but was considerate enough to sit in the back row so as to not block anyone's view, lol.

Really and truly this movie wrapped up the series brilliantly. I actually was very moved by a few scenes and was so impressed with Sly's scriptwriting too. He may be an old, but hot, dog nowadays by Hollywood's standards so far as action men go, but he still delivered an incredible performance. Was very pleased to see some familiar faces again and enjoyed the newer supporting cast too.

If you enjoyed any of the Rocky movies, give this a whirl, I do not think you will feel disappointed afterwards. Also, he's my oldest (since a kid) celebrity crush, not that it matters here, but felt like sharing, lol.

So good I want to see it again

Ok seen this last year as it is just recently released 2 the UK and have to say it is very good. Snappy dialogue and Sly reprises his role of Rocky fantastically. My only critisisms is its length and the ending. Yeah the film is not about (trying not to give away ending) w****** but would have been a nice way to end the franchise.
