Ok firstly, anybody wanting to see this movie. One word of advice, DON'T. The movie's terrible. It is so bad i don't even know where to start. Mr Bean goes on holiday in France, what can i say, with the title you know it's going to be utter pants. Anyhow along the way he meets a young French boy as he is on his travels, who is equally unfunny. I cringed so much throughout this movie at its utter lack of story that i had to leave after the first hour and i have never done that before. The film is like one big long sketch/mime, as all the dialogue(if any) is in subtitles, and it gives off that mime feel. yes, i know Mr Bean doesn't tend to talk much but in the first movie there wasn't a problem with dialogue. This is purely for the laughter of young kids at Mr Bean making an arse of himself. I like Rowan Atkinson and i enjoyed the first movie, but this is one of the worst films i have ever seen.

But ah well that's just me.

Yeah, this isn't anywhere near as genius as some of the classic Beans sketches he did years ago. I never liked the first Bean movie and I saw the new one with low expectations. Bean isn't a full enough character for the movies, he should've just stuck to the tv.
