The Office is the funniest show on television. The traditional sitcom (with offerings such as Two and a Half Men and How I Met Your Mother) is dead. A lot of people complain about it because its not exactly mainstream comedy and its also a remake of a cult British show, you know what those Brits are like about their cult shows, but I think this version is a step up from what Ricky Gervais & Stephen Merchant did. The characters are more likable, the stories more involving. It's not quite as cringe-worthy as some of the stuff in the UK version, but I think that's a good thing.

The finale was fantastic, best episode of the season. Good to get back to some solid Jim and Pam stuff, which has kinda been lacking in the last few episodes. It had good jokes, good story, a nice surprise by the end. Good set up for season four, which is coming back with another thirty episodes, which is quite a lot, especially since seasons two and three have been lingering around the 22 and 23 episode mark, with only six in season one. I can't wait for next season. It's gonna be a good year, just like three.

Ryan The Temp...now Ryan The Boss!!  A villian is born!

no one took more shit from michael and dwight than ryan did. hahah!

looks like Michael Scott has himself a new nemisis....(and he thought toby was bad...)

Ryan's going to be out to make Michael's life the living hell he went through as a temp

and to think they called him Ryan "The Fire Guy"  that ladies and gentelmen is what they call "irony"

Yeah that was fantastic. The only problem though is going to be working Ryan into every episode. Until Jan started going out with Michael she was only in the odd episode here and there, and I'm pretty sure Ryan isn't going to start dating Michael any time soon (as much as Michael might secretly enjoy that). If they scale back his character's involvement, I'd be kinda disappointed, I like the temp and I'll miss him if he's gone too much.

And also, what are they gonna do about Karen? Obviously her character isn't gonna stick around, otherwise they'd have added Rashida Jones to the credits (like they did with Ed "Andy" Helms). I hope her exit isn't a quick fix, because that would be a bit of a downer in my opinion.

Ryan hasnt been in season 3 that much anyway.... but now that he's Michael's boss.. i fully expect Ryan to be one of the main story arcs next season..

I think Jim and Pam's romantic adventures will get off to a rocky start as Jim deals with the fallout from Karen.

And i expect the Dwight and Angela relationship with take an unexpected turn.

The ending of the Season finale was phenomenal! I was speechless.

- Who was that?
: No one. We're done.
- What??

And the look on Pam's face...goddamnit. It was fall-in-loveable.

Can't wait for Season 4!
