I want to write a scene for my short .......

I want for the ending a scene with 4 people sing a song. They sing together and each one of them sing different lyrics , lyrics which match with each character......

How to format a scene with 4 different simultaneous dialogues?

And how you would write something like this?

Do the four of them sing different lyrics at the same time or are they overlapping each other, like:

GUY#1
Oh, say can you see --

GIRL#1
-- by the dawn's early light --

GUY#2
-- what so proudly we hailed --

GIRL#2
-- at the twilight's last gleaming?

While I am not sure what you are going for, it actually seems kind of silly.

While the lyrics might seem fine on the page, if they were singing different lyrics simultanously, it would be meaningless on the screen -- you wouldn't understand a word of it.

Just write it in the description as a note -- these lyrics are sung simultaneously.

But know beforehand that any "meaning" you are assigning to these lyrics will be lost on your audience.

Hey, it's my tiny, little IMDb!

That's almost true but i will <<make>> them sing a greek song with the change of one tiny word .... This will change the whole meaning , and i feel it will be clear too.

Maybe i will call 3 friends and try it out ...

Thanks for the tip by the way.

There are two ways to do simultaneous dialogue, and which way will depend on how the dialogue is paced and what you're going for.

This version is if the dialogue is simply said at the same time with no regard for how it overlaps.

BOY
(simultaneous with GIRL)
It's just that I wanted to tell you the whole time because I felt bad about killing your cat and it wasn't my fault your muskrat got lost under my parents' house.

GIRL
(simultaneous with BOY)
I couldn't bring myself to tell you about my tail, but ever since it was amputated, it's always felt like a part of me was missing, so I obviously feel a connection to my cat.

BOY & GIRL
Oh.

Version number two is for things like lyrics or dialogue that needs to be paced to get the meaning across.

BOY                                                       GIRL
When I saw you again                    When she saw me again
I couldn't believe my mother          I couldn't believe your mother
actually knew you.                         knew who I was

Or something to that effect. Formatting on the second version amounts to the best you can do to split the standard format in the middle of the page.
