Trying to determine the monetary definition of low, mid, and high budget films.  Anyone able to lend insight?

Low Budget - (range between $xx,xxx and $xxx, xxx)?
Medium Budget - (range between $xxx, xxx and $x,xxx, xxx)?
High Budget - (range between $x,xxx, xxx and $xx,xxx, xxx)?

Thanks in advance!

Check: http://hollywood-movies.yoexpe.....ollywood-m-1403.html, as there are variation per genre - low cost comedy is lower that a low-cost actioner.
