I just watched the trailer and I was surprized. It actually was reminiscent of the original Superman movies with Christopher Reeves.I thought that it was going to be a stylized, moody take like a lot of comics turned movies turned remakes have been.

I'm even more anxious to see this now!

I'm also curious as to whether John Williams is doing the entire score or if they just used his theme?

On IMDB it states him as the main theme...I'm just wondering.

I'm patting myself on the back here. I guessed the plot and story (about Lex Luther discovering the kryptonite chrystals and using them to create his own land, at the destruction of everything else) with basically no evidence to support my theory. Sorry, its just that I've always been a little unsure about my writer's intuition, so this gave me a boost considering this was one of the most secretive movies ever made lol!

Btw, Screamer, there is a new composer scoring this film. His name is John Ottman. He worked with Bryan Singer on X2: X-Men United as editor and composer, and did the same on this film. He says he's keeping the John William's score intact and will be weaving it in and out of his own score throughout the film. I think that is the right way to go. I'm glad they're keeping the original Superman theme in there.

I'm glad they are keeping the original music, it's one of the best theme music out there, next to star wars and indiana jone.

Really? Are you going to an advanced screening or something? Because this film isn't out until 30th June.
