Hi K.M Jagos!

I would strongly suggest you get Final Draft! It's a big help when it comes to formatting. Screenplays have strict rules when it comes to it.

I know we all have stories locked inside our minds we want to let out! I would like to read of your story once you have it properly formatted! Take the time and also read other people's scripts and provide feedback.

The formatting is not too bad, by that I mean I've seen much worse.
But I agree K.M would benefit by using screenwriting software.

At the moment all the long passages are not easy to read. Your story is being obscured by clutter which is easy to fix.Try to keep to four lines max.

Free screenwriting software here:
https://www.trelby.org/

And there are others you can trial.

K.M., you also have no contact details on your title page and no copyright symbol etc.
Hopefully you'll make an appearance.

That format is atrocious. Don't encourage that LC. Google doc stuff is never a good thing when you want to submit a screenplay. A novel or short story maybe, but not a screenplay. Oh no.

I would not label it 'atrocious'. It's just not industry standard.

And I encouraged with screenwriting software that is free. Not everyone can afford FD.

Encouragement is key to SS.

Thanks, LC. I'll suggest this software for people who are new to screenwriting. It's not fantastic, but it's clean and simple. I wouldn't suggest it as a tool to write a full script but to practice and learn the basics.

You don't have to "afford' anything. There's free script layout softwares out there he can download. I use Kit Scenarist for example, nothing to pay for on it at all. Just a simple download and you can use it forever.
