Could you do a script were, say, the main character wakes up and thinks he is in the world of his favorite movie?

Example: (Character name here) finaly snaps after a stressful day at work and he thinks he is now James Bond? He then goes through the world as bond, thinking Goldfinger or somthing is after him.

There has been simialar things done like this before, but is it ok for it to be a certin movie?

You would need permission to produce anything with copyrighted characters.  Of course, you can 'suggest' that it's a particular character.

I'll proably just go the route of implying he is in the movie then. without saying it. thanks.
