Quoted from Mr.Ripley

Are you doing anymore shorts or features or both?

This is actually the most recent new thing that I've written, which is pretty sad given how I used to churn scripts out.  It's not that I haven't had any ideas, I've just been pre-occupied with so many other things that I haven't been able to sit down and really write anything outside of some rewrites on Jack Amsterdam, which at least went well enough to let me know that I've still got it.

I do have one feature that's been in my head for many years and I'll get around to writing it one day.  I recall a five year gap between writing my first feature and everything else I've written since then, so I don't feel too bad about it, but as for now I get the occasional email about a short, and "Jack Amsterdam" and "The Hero of Her Heart" are still in the development pipeline.

How is Jack coming along? The last thing I remember was the actress who played Fox's mom from the back to the future was going to direct it?

Screenwriting is all about time and dedication.

It's been through a number of different directors and rewrites.  Nothing is currently set in stone, although the financing side seems to have been making progress for the better.  I'm sure once things get fully locked down, this will be one of the first places I broadcast the news.
