Empires by Matthew Fisher (BlackDawn2023) - Short, Sci Fi - The year is 2983. For six months, the evil and vicious Terosian empire has been at war with the people of Earth. After securing their final victory and ultimate triumph over Earth's forces, it now belongs to them. Dex, one of the men responsible for the Terosian Empire's victory, has waited far to long for is reign at the top. The time is now, and Dex plans to take down Emperor Kain and have the empire for himself. This is the first chapter of a trilogy of shorts. "Uprising" will come soon, and "Redemption" shortly after. - doc, format
