I write, act out (with the help of others) and record radio plays onto my Mixcraft digital recording system. To avoid (through laziness) all the hassles involved I've created a software program (in MS Access). I talk my script in - I can print the script by character - I can see who's required for each 'scene' , roughly time the scenes and the character involvements. Payback time comes with both the writing and the pasting of lines into the recording. I read lines in how I want them spoken - that saves endless director notes - and takes. I'd like for three folks that could find value in such a program (and have a PC - sorry no apples) to give it a whirl and help iron any glitches out. Be aware I'm in New Zealand so there maybe a time lag. Also factor in that I am almost antique.
Exactly how I get the file to you - maybe you advise. I would send a quick user guide but it would be short! To my mind, if anything needs a thick handbook, skip it!
