Even though I'm not around much anymore, I always like to stop by and say hi and see what you're all up to. Hope you all have a wonderful time celebrating with your friends and family this year.

To Don and the moderators, thanks for all your hard work with the site too. It's always appreciated.

Love,
Andy x

My wife and I had our annual Christmas party last night.  It's probably the most stressful time of the year for me.  This year, an incoming snow storm forced a number of people to cancel.  Fortunately I changed the food order with the caterer at the last minute and would up with only three or four servings of food left over.

It's always good to see you around here, Andy.  I hope your holiday season is festive and wonderful.

Solstice was really nice.  My wife and I went to a great restaurant with our best friends and other guests.  She wore a beautiful red dress, even though it was pretty cold. We had a toast.  Last night, we exchanged gifts.  It was really nice.

Merry Christmas, guys.

Hey Andy.

You must be happy, because former Goonie Josh Brolin has had a huge year appearing in: Grindhouse, American Gangster and No Country for Old Men. I saw a cool movie the other night called The Dead Girl and even made a cameo in that.

Great pic Chris. Where did you find it?

Merry Christmas to Andy, and the moderators, to everyone who posts and even to those who don't.  Happy New Year too while I'm at it.  And for those who don't celebrate those two holidays, have a wonderful _______________ this year.  (just fill in the blank with whatever holiday you do celebrate.)

Two Christmas threads with the same card?
I almost missed this one.

Merry Christmas to you too Andy! And everyone else too of course!

My son told me yesterday that he's getting me a diamond for Christmas....in its original natural form.
I had a feeling I'd be getting a lump of coal.

I typed tough Santa into the google images search engine and that was one of many left of centre Xmas pics that came up.

Have you watched The Lives of Others yet?

My mom underlined all the christ's from christmas on the cards that she has me give out to teachers because lately she's been on this huge happy holidays vs. merry christmas rant.  I just underlined everything else so it didn't show.  It's fine to say merry christmas, but you don't have to hit people over the head with it.  Not a big deal or anything, just most of my teachers are jewish, except for my advisor who's a pagan.

Anyway, Merry Christmas!

And happy new years.

and a very important thing to remember, from a christmas movie (but pertinent throughout the year) No man is a failure as long as he has friends.

Peace on earth,
Tyler

For some of ya'll in the world, according to http://www.noradsanta.org, Santa's already stopped by, so here's wishing a Merry Christmas, Happy Kwanzaa and anything else that you chose to celebrate in your corner of the world...Peace on earth, good will to all, even to those right wing conservatives in the upper right square...

To steal the holiday greeting from another website I visit...

"Merry XXX-mas"

That's how I roll.

I received a Tomtom gps system for my car today.  This means when I come to your homes to terrorize all of you and your families, I won't be calling for directions.

I got clothes and a new mp3 player. A couple of books too--Anne Rice's The Queen of The Damned (the only Vampire Chronicles book along with The Vampire Armand that I haven't read) and Cien Años de Soledad, another book by a Columbian writer.

My friends were making fun of me because they had their PSPs and 360s and I had books--but hey, I'm happy with my books!

Although I won't hesitate to buy an X Box 360 with the cash I got :p

I got  300 dollars and about 630  pesos (about 60/62 bucks) so it should be enough.  Thank God I have a rather large family.lol.
