Check out this race. It features a horse called Arrr.
Fast forward the footage to the 45 second mark as they're coming around the bend to the home straight.

When I was a little girl, my dad used to take me to Ex Park in Vancouver. In those days, I was even allowed to hand over $2 dollars for a bet.

I have many fond memories.; I even dream I'm there sometimes.

I have a favorite horse from days-gone-by. I cried when he passed away; cried when I watched him race on You Tube. His name was Seattle Slew. You may remember him.

I will look for this racehorse named Arrrr.

Thank you for the post. I might be getting a bit teary again.

Sandra

I tried riding a horse a couple of years ago - my nuts never really recovered.

Needless to say I think horses suck.

I always wanted to own a racehorse and name it 'Myface' I think that would be quite funny.

I liked the way the caller went tropo saying "Arrrr" as it crossed the line and then reverted back to his serious tone when he mentioned the second and third place getters.
