I have always been fond of this one:
http://www.horrorlair.com/scripts/alien3_twohy.html It's a rejected draft of Alien III by David Twohy -- the guy who did "Pitch Black". It still takes place in a prison, but without all the religious overtones that I thought were a little out of place.
I will let the hardcore Alien fans debate which is best, but I think this one is a fine piece of work.

Thanks Bert. I was wondering were the script is for the actual movie? I personally enjoyed Alien 3 as much as the first 2. Can't see why the film is so hated.

Of the rejected scripts, yes, Twohy's is the best but the best Alien3 script overall is the one they shot imo -
the Hill-Giler script (unfortunately, that format is a bit off).
