I know Balt pays out on it for some reason, but i've never had any problem whatsoever using Celtx......ever.

My problem didn't completely go away. While I saved the corrupted file, it didn't format properly. The slugs are messed up and I can't fix them.

I'd reinstall the software first. Retyping a script sounds drastic. Reinstalling won't do any harm. If you're worried, you can always back up your scripts before you start - that way little can go wrong. Good luck.
