Simply, pitch your favorite television show that's on TV right now and see if you can convince anybody else to watch an episode. Make sure to include the channel and time it's on!

My example

Dollhouse (FOX, 9 pm(or 8 depending on your time zone )
What would you give for a clean slate? What would you give to get any skill you ever wanted and go to places you could only dream of? You would have the chance to give people what they needed. All you have to do is give up 5 years of your life.

It's kind of rough, but it's only an example. It's really a great show for writers to watch and experience a vast array of different, intersting, compelling characters.

It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia

Self absorbed, hot headed, easily pushed around or illiterate? Then grab a stolen paper bag and pour your favorite paint thinner in, sit back, inhale and enjoy It's always Sunny In Philadelphia. A show that's not about the friends you want, but the ones you actually have.

Thursdays at 10pm only on FX

My fave two shows at the moment are both about the industry funny enough.

Curb Your Enthusiasm, HBO Sundays. Simply Brilliant.

Not the best show for this site really as it is an unscripted show, it stars Larry David (the producer of Seinfeld) playing a version of himself who is hilarious. Some great cameo's too.

And sticking with HBO, even though it finished its latest run last week, get the DVD's of Entourage. Brilliant show, loosely based on the experiences of Mark Wharlberg when he first arrived in Hollywood. Ari Gold the agent is the best character on TV, very funny stuff and some great cameo's, including last weeks Matt Damon (his rant after the credits was hilarious).
