Is he not gonna buy dinner, flowers and chocolates first?

The microwave's in the bedroom as are the chocolates, the mini fridge and the flowers.

Oh wait! I'm only imagining again! But yes, if i had the money, I'd have a very spacious bedroom. Save all that trekking through halls in the dark and stormy nights.

Actually, what I've just described sounds like a very elaborate hotel that happens to include fresh cut flowers in the room.

You're not just a gorilla, Pia.  You're my gorilla.  The gorilla my dreams.

That was the most brilliant thing you've said all day, Phil!

I think if you're going to have a collaboration, you gotta be ready to defend your position.  People walk all over you if you let them.  So you gotta be tough and always on the defensive.  Oh wait!  That's a confrontation.  Never mind.

I think if you're working with someone, first of all you need to care about them. You need to have the desire to work WITH THEM and NOT AGAINST THEM.

So what does that mean, really? I think it means that you work through all of the difficulties as "One Mind and One Heart" and that you decide ultimately:

TO PLAY...

You learn to draw upon each other's strengths, completely forgive their shortcomings, find the gold nuggets in all that y'all do, and live it with joy and passion...

And who could ask for more than that?

In the "Thief" script, we've traveled sincere and uncharted territory. Even as we outline, it's just such a blessing to "not know" certain elements. It's like a fuel more precious than all of the oil in Alberta.

I don't know what we're working with, but it's something that exists within ourselves and I love to experience that connection with other writers. It's like we are able to "LIVE" this in a completely unreal but real way.

The reward would be to actually see it on screen. After we've lived it in our minds, to see it as it's depicted and realized in others' minds... Wow! That would be the cream-of-the-crop-top-of-the-world-dream-come-true for me personally.

So...

With regard to writing solitary or writing with a partner? ...

I'm starting to feel that I'm a hopeless case alone. I feel drawn to working with others and maybe, that is destiny at its finest.

I like collaboration but some ideas I go separate on cause my writing friend Adam and I usually cannot agree at all where to take things.

Isle 10- A series I'm currently writing with my friend Adam and it will go into production soon. Think The Office meets 10 Items or Less.

One more update (if anyone care about it more than orgasms).

After all this partnership bring something good. Following the relaxing mood of doing something for fun and for fun only , i try to work in a different way. So this will be my first script that i will outline first.

So we begin the outline. I write it , most of the time being in  bed. He was talking and i have put away my critical instincts.

So the things go well as soon as i dont really care about this ...

But i have to admite it . It is Fun!

Well first off I'll say I came to him with my idea/story and he said "I can work with this". lol

So we'll see.  But it might not be everybody's cup of tea, though.

Screenwriting

Kay so it's two things. No wait, three.

Think I lost count on the count that the most important thing is making babies. Then after that, we've got budding young actors and actresses. And then, we can do our screenwriting. See? It all works out in the end. Only as long as you've got Logan in the picture. Then everything's fine and dandy.
