Now then, I saw this in the paper this morning. I had to check I wasn't readingNewsarse again.

If they can do this... then they can do almost anything.

Shame the previous U.S. Government stopped the research. That said, the British one spends most of their funding on consultants and management.

At least the boffins are doing what they should.
