Anyone ever used it?

I'd like to give it a go sometime.

I've been trying to try it, but anytime someone tries to connect to me, it doesn't work. I don't understand it, but it doesn't bother me as much.

I've never messed with it, but I only use Final Draft for its production tools since most of the time when I'm writing, I'm not at my home computer where it's installed. Most of the scripts I have posted on SS were written in Word.

What if the Hokey Pokey, IS what it's all about?

I've used it during Thief, but not everyone had Final Draft and so it never made it through the proverbial circle. There is a revision mode that you turn on and it's possible to see the identity of each collaborator by the use of specific marks and color coding.

I'm also pretty sure that there are programs and softwear available where writers can write real time and see each others' changes in progress, but I don't know what they're called. Perhaps the new Final Draft has the potential to add such features.

The trick usually is in having the time to play around with it and learn the features.

Ok, so it's not real time...

I'm, not as interested in it now.

I'd love to know more about the software that does this realtime..I'd be very interested in working with other writers in such a way.

Sounds like it could be a lot of fun and very productive for certain kinds of film.

I think a while board program would work, but I don't know if what's out there for free is going to work super de duper. Still, for the purposes of working together on the "fly", it would be very interesting I agree.
